As a Development Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of software development, defining Strategy, Budgeting, Project Management, co-ordinating resources, architecture and design, mastering of structures and algorithms used to develop solutions through to Quality assurance.

The Development Manager should have a good grasp of the key technologies used including C++, MFC, STL, OOA and OOD. The Development Manager may have started as a Software Developer and moved into more of a Management or Team Leadership role. Ideally the Development Manager / Development Team Leader will have a degree in Maths or a Scientific degree or have equivalent experience. Any medical experience including the NHS / Healthcare sector is a definite advantage.
