This leading building contractor has be successful in winning a major construction management project in excess of £100m. Being already very busy they have a need for 4 construction planners to run various parts of the major contract.

The project is currently underway and requires two senior planners, a project planner and Planning Manager to start ASAP. The contract will last for 16 months and could lead into a permanent position with the business depending on performance.

For these Planner positions you must have a stable track record of employment and even if you have worked on freelance contracts you must have some stability and not short duration contracts. The project is a very complicated large group of projects so will demand a high level of major project experience.

The planner required for this project will come from an engineering or project management background and will have a recognised construction qualification. You must have used Primavera planning software and ASTA powerproject. If you do not have all of the above please do not apply for the position because you will not be considered.
